Is it too early to want to sell?

We visited the block yesterday afternoon and came across an unexpected and completely unwelcome visitor:

It was huge!!!

Am now hoping that its demise will serve a warning to any of its friends who are thinking of taking up residence!! 


Meanwhile - we have decided to keep the awning window in the meals area as is...but we want to change the front door to how it should be on the plan.  The way it is now means you can see from the driveway thru the house, whereas if it is changed, you have to be on the front porch to be able to see through the side window. (if that makes sense!!)
